This is because manufacturers set standard customization not only because of the high efficiency of standard customization production, but also because standard customization can maximize the use of light panels. In actual production, the size of each panel is standard. If consumers customize non-standard products, it means that the panels must be cut individually. Not only is the production efficiency low, but the panel utilization rate is also low, and the cost is getting higher and higher for custom manufacturers, which is reflected in the terminal market, and the quotation for non-standard products will naturally be more expensive.

In this case, the usual solution is to find a custom manufacturer to cooperate with. Usually, domestic manufacturers will actively cooperate. When we exchange customized information with manufacturers, we often encounter communication barriers. This requires manufacturers to improve their lighting expertise. Some manufacturers may lack professionalism and have poor communication at the technical level.

I have encountered situations where the products do not meet the requirements, but the quantity is small and uncommon. As for the solution, we all require the manufacturer to reship or modify. Under normal circumstances, if we sign a contract with the manufacturer, the manufacturer will actively cooperate, but the attitude can only be said to be normal. If the designer or engineering company does not sign a contract with the manufacturer, the operation may be more difficult.
The manufacturer's requirement is that they will be able to strictly produce the luminaires according to our order requirements, and try to avoid inconsistent re-modifications after product production.
