Stick to Every Aging Test | On-site Production of Mass Linear In-ground Lights

Every batch of linear in-ground lights will be mounted for long-hour powered aging tests before delivery. As neatly arranged in the photos, all fixtures stay lit continuously to verify stability.
We complete over a dozen procedures in our own workshop, including aluminum profile extrusion, LED soldering, multi-layer waterproof glue sealing, lens assembly, powered aging and water resistance testing.
We fully understand the harsh working conditions of buried lights—standing water, foot traffic and drastic temperature shifts all shorten service life. Therefore, we adopt thickened heat dissipation housings and upgraded sealing strips to control every detail strictly.
We refuse low-cost inferior lamps with short service life, and focus on long-term outdoor municipal & cultural tourism lighting projects. Customized specifications, beam angles and lighting effects are available upon project demands.
